Who we are
The Gardens at Blue Ridge is a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility located in Harrisburg, PA. Our center offers short-term rehabilitation, including physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy as well as long-term care services. Our services include wound care, dialysis, LVAD and bariatric care. Resident amenities include, enclosed courtyards with gardens and fish pond, resident computers and pianos.
